The BOOST.Kanban shelving system is a flexibly configurable solution for needs-optimized material provision directly at the point of use. Combined with the BOOST.Box, BOOST.Kanban provides C-parts, consumables, and auxiliary and operating materials for ongoing production.
Thanks to the BOOST.Box technology, the materials are locked and can only be removed after the remover has been authenticated and a quantity has been entered. The “booking before withdrawal” principle is guaranteed by the preset workflow.

We use RFID technology in the BOOST.Kanban system. The classic Kanban system is a strategy for meeting requirements that works according to the supermarket principle. When an item is removed, it is immediately replenished.
If consumables or C-parts are removed from the BOOST.Box, reordering is automatically started when a defined minimum quantity is reached. As a result, the flow of goods can be controlled in a targeted manner and the automatic supply of materials can be ensured.
